Our factory trained field service technicians are strategically located in Atlanta GA and Covington LA, allowing NCI to serve the US Southeast region in a cost effective and timely manner. From Offshore to Onshore, NCI’s technicians arrive on the job-site fully equipped with the correct tools, training and information to get your crane back up and running. NCI operates a fleet of service trucks capable of handling minor repairs to complete rebuilds in the field.
Our shop techs have the experience and knowledge giving them a superior reputation in our industry as seasoned veterans for repairing or rebuilding all types of hydraulic components: cylinders, control valves, winches and more. We also offer complete sandblasting, painting, welding and fabrication.

Repairs, Rebuilding & Refurbishing
During routine maintenance and inspections our technicians will find certain wearable components that will be in need of replacement. NCI will provide a quoted repair cost in written form for approval. We provide emergency repair services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year with an average response time of only 2 hours. Our field service trucks are stocked with the most common parts that will allow us to perform a wide variety of repairs on the first call out.
